Our client, a leading international bank, is seeking an Application Production Support Analyst
.
The team is responsible for supporting globally the ION and other platforms. The key focus is to provide BAU production support issues/user inquiries and align processes and procedures with the global support teams: to ensure current service agreements are met and requirements are successfully implemented, also to establish a high level of quality for the production systems supporting the FI businesses.
Roleand responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting trading operations.
- Work closely with various teams to support seamless integration across systems.
- Monitor application state and input/output data correctness throughout the day and hand over with follow-the-sun support teams.
- Ensure that all application support logs are fit for purpose.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative Finance.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role: providing support as part of a team, and having practical understanding of the criticality of trading applications.
- Good knowledge of fixed income products, Python (scripting), SQL.
- ION trading system knowledge is a plus.
- High motivation to learn in a huge and complex environment.
- 💵The salary range for this role is US $100,000 - US $140,000. We can also work on C2C.
