Data Analyst

We are partnering with a leading Private Equity firm seeking to modernize its operations through data, automation, and AI-driven solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile, hands-on problem solver who can work across applications and data environments, integrate systems, and pioneer the firm’s use of AI technologies, particularly tools like ChatGPT, to drive meaningful business impact.

This role is highly exploratory and solutions focused. You will be responsible for figuring things out, whether that means building solutions directly or identifying when and where specialist consultants should be engaged. You will play a key role in helping the firm unlock the value of its data and embrace next-generation technologies.

• Partner across business applications and data platforms to enable integration, automation, and operational efficiency
• Lead data centralization initiatives, such as consolidating Sage and Allvue data into Snowflake
• Design and implement AI-driven use cases, including practical applications of ChatGPT and other LLM tools to enhance workflows and decision-making
• Identify automation and digital transformation opportunities across the firm
• Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders, advising on build versus buy versus outsource decisions
• Continuously research and experiment with emerging technologies to keep the firm ahead of the curve

• Strong experience with application and data integration
• Hands-on experience with data platforms, Snowflake preferred
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Sage and Allvue
• Experience with automation tools, APIs, and scripting, Python preferred
• Practical experience leveraging AI and LLMs to solve real business challenges
• Ability to operate autonomously in an exploratory, fast-moving environment
