Overview

Min 4-5 years experience in Desktop Support. We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond to IT issues; provide technical support across the company (in-person or remote assistance).
• Maintain IT documentation and records.
• Collaborate with the IT team to complete projects.
• Be the face of Technology.

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• MS Office suite.
• Intune.
• Knowledge of computer networking.
• Experience with Service Now.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Strong skills in software troubleshooting and familiarity with IT infrastructure.
• Customer service-oriented approach.
