Engineer, UI​/UX Design

Overview

We're looking to bring on our first growth engineer.

In this role, you'll design and ship experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, working closely with product & design to build data-informed features that move our key metrics while working with our visual language and brand identity.

• Obsessed with creative tools - is proficient in at least three creative tools or has built one before
• Extensive experience in quick iteration and A/B testing for growth strategies and features
• Familiar with Posthog or similar quantitative user tracking tools
• Comfortable with all parts of the stack — you have no trouble context-switching from editing CSS to tuning database queries
• Solid experience with React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS and modern front-end build systems (Webpack, ES6, etc)
• Ideally familiar with production JavaScript / Node backends
• 5+ years experience

We’re a React + Next.js + Type Script app with a real-time collaboration layer. Our graphics foundation is built on WebGL, Three.js, and React Three Fiber, with backend infrastructure powered by Vercel, Convex and Modal.
