We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of software projects with a strong emphasis on Java Fullstack development and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive project success through collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of software delivery projects, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product owners, to define project scope and objectives.
- Utilize Java Fullstack technologies to guide development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and delivery.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development and Agile practices.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java Fullstack development, including experience with frameworks such as Spring and Angular.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
Skills:
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of database technologies, including SQL and No
SQL. - Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management or Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are a plus.
- Demonstrated success in delivering software projects using Java Fullstack technologies.
