The Kahua Developer is responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of Kahua-based applications and workflows supporting construction project management processes. This role focuses on building and maintaining approval workflows, document management solutions, and system integrations using Kahua KBuilder, Kahua APIs, and external APIs such as Docu Sign. The Kahua Developer works closely with business stakeholders to translate construction and approval process requirements into technical solutions, ensuring reliable automation of approvals, signatures, and document workflows.

The role also provides ongoing production support and documentation to ensure system stability and successful adoption across the organization.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Kahua KBuilder, with a focus on approval workflows and document management within the construction project management domain.
• Design and implement approval workflows leveraging Kahua Approvals, Kahua Signatures, and Docu Sign to support secure and automated handling of contracts, approvals, and related documents.
• Integrate Docu Sign and Kahua approval capabilities to ensure seamless electronic signature and approval processing across construction workflows.
• Design and implement robust, efficient workflows that streamline document reviews, approvals, and signature processes using Kahua KBuilder.
• Utilize Kahua APIs and invoke external APIs to automate workflows and enable data exchange with third‑party systems.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues related to approval workflows, document processing, API integrations, and overall system performance.
• Support deployment activities, working closely with business users during rollout to ensure successful adoption and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet construction management needs.
• Document application workflows, system integrations, configuration details, and troubleshooting procedures to support long‑term maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Work closely with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver reports that meet their requirements, leveraging Dev Express advanced reporting features.

• Experience with Kahua.
• Experience with Kahua Kbuilder development and Kbuilder Dev Express report writing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Construction knowledge preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Well‑organized and detail‑oriented to manage complex tasks and assignments.
• Good team player.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Experience with any other Construction Management software is a plus.
