As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI), you will deliver reporting and business analytics solutions using Workday to clients. This role involves working closely with the project team to design, implement, and support these solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Implement Solutions:
  Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting and BI needs, and then design and implement solutions that meet those needs while also aligning with the client's overall business objectives.
• Provide Ongoing Support:
  Ensure that delivered solutions continue to meet the client's needs and provide value through ongoing support and maintenance.
• Communicate Complex Concepts:
  Clearly and concisely communicate complex Workday reporting and BI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive Solution Alignment:
  Align solutions with client business objectives, leveraging a deep understanding of Workday's reporting and BI capabilities.

  Work closely with the project team to drive successful solution delivery and support.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

The following technical and professional skills are required:

• Deep Expertise in Workday Reporting:
  Proven experience with Workday's reporting and business intelligence capabilities, including designing and implementing solutions that meet client needs.
• Experience with BI Solution Delivery: A track record of delivering business analytics solutions using Workday, with a focus on aligning solutions with client business objectives.
• Strong Understanding of Workday BI:
  In-depth knowledge of Workday's reporting and BI capabilities, including data modeling, report development, and data visualization.
• Experience with Stakeholder Communication:
  Proven ability to communicate complex Workday reporting and BI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with Solution Maintenance:
  Experience providing ongoing support and maintenance for delivered solutions, ensuring they continue to meet client needs and provide value.

The following additional experience is preferred:

• Advanced Data Modeling:
  Experience with data modeling concepts and techniques in Workday, including data warehouse design and data governance.
• Business Analytics Knowledge:
  Familiarity with business analytics principles and practices, including data analysis and visualization.
