Location: New York

Our client requires an onsite Information Technology Service Desk Specialist to support end users with Windows and Mac systems, mobile devices, and AV equipment. The role emphasizes responsive ticket handling, device imaging and deployment, and inventory management while contributing to enterprise initiatives.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $27.00 to $32.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user requests by phone, email, in person, and via remote access.
  • Update the team on ticket progress and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain AV equipment and conduct daily walkthroughs of conference rooms.
  • Image laptops and desktops for deployment.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory.
  • Assist with enterprise-wide technology projects.
  • Document processes, procedures, and issue resolutions as requested.
  • Work onsite on weekdays and provide after-hours support when needed.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac endpoints, including configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ticketing workflows and timely incident resolution.
  • Experience imaging and deploying laptops and desktops.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment.
  • Experience maintaining AV equipment and supporting conference room technology.
  • Experience managing hardware and software inventory.
  • Ability to provide onsite and occasional after-hours support.
