Job Description:
Job Overview- The UX Research, Design & Usability Leader will drive the design and user experience strategy for the Digital Products in the Fintech vertical, with a primary focus on creating Consumer Experience Platforms for Lending Products (mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, commercial loans).
- Own end-to-end research function for the pod:
Plan, design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (discovery, usability testing, customer interviews, survey design, and synthesis.) - Collaborate closely with our Lead Designer and Client Design Director to inform, shape, and validate design decisions.
- Plan and conduct concept and prototype testing using leading platforms (e.g., , Maze, Dscout, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop).
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and can lead research independently in a small team setup.
- Apply appropriate research frameworks based on business needs.
- Strong command of Figma - you can collaborate within design systems, edit components, and contribute to production-ready designs.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Design System.
- Facilitate collaborative sessions to deliver user journey mapping
