Job Description
The Health Cloud Architect will provide technical leadership for ongoing enhancements to a mature Salesforce Health Cloud platform supporting affiliated provider management. This role will ensure scalable architecture, strong governance, and alignment across workflow automation, reporting, and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Define solution architecture for Health Cloud enhancements and expansion initiatives
- Guide design of workflow management, automation, engagement notebooks, and reporting capabilities
- Establish integration patterns and API strategy in partnership with Mule Soft teams
- Ensure data model integrity, performance optimization, and platform scalability
- Provide design oversight across dashboards, IPA reporting, and insights driven features
- Lead architecture reviews and enforce development standards
- Support roadmap planning and technical estimation

- 8 to 12 years of Salesforce experience with deep Health Cloud expertise
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns
- Experience leading complex enhancement programs on mature Salesforce platforms
- Knowledge of healthcare provider engagement workflows preferred
