- Assess the usability, security, and business value of new AI capabilities.
- Make recommendations about tools that should be integrated into Cantor’s technology ecosystem.
- Partner with business units to understand pain points and identify where AI can streamline processes, enhance communication, or automate manual tasks.
- Help teams prototype and test AI-driven solutions and workflows.
- Translate technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leverage AI to help create quick‑turn content—presentations, summaries, marketing materials, internal communications, and data visualizations.
- Support brand and messaging alignment while accelerating output with AI‑assisted workflows.
- Serve as an internal champion for responsible AI use.
- Develop lightweight guides, demos, and playbooks to help teams adopt AI safely and effectively.
- Track success metrics and build case studies that show value and ROI.
- Strong interest in generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to speak the language of AI at a high level—prompts, models, use cases—without needing to be an engineer.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to a business audience.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and comfort working across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and major AI platforms (OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.) is a plus.
- Technically proficient, entrepreneurial, and highly driven
- Hands‑on experience shaping how AI is adopted across a major financial institution.
- Exposure to multiple business lines and leadership teams.
- Opportunity to build a portfolio of real AI use cases and impact stories early in your career.
- A launchpad into future roles in product, strategy, innovation, digital transformation, or data/AI leadership.
