Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Onsite Monday–Thursday in NYC (199 Water St.), Remote Fridays

• Proven experience managing infrastructure-focused projects (cloud migrations, network upgrades, server deployments, security initiatives, data center efforts)
• Strong technical foundation across cloud platforms, networking, servers, security, and Dev Ops environments
• Experience coordinating across Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams while managing risk, dependencies, and production impact
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex infrastructure initiatives to both technical and non-technical leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met
• Partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to coordinate technical execution
• Manage cloud migrations, server implementations, network upgrades, and security initiatives
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and potential production impacts
• Facilitate technical discussions, ask informed questions, and appropriately challenge engineering teams when necessary
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and executive-ready updates
• Communicate complex technical initiatives clearly to business stakeholders and leadership
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across IT teams
• Ensure accountability, ownership, and on-time delivery of critical initiatives
• Maintain punctuality and reliability, with consistent attendance at 9:00 AM EST start time
• Support a culture of autonomy, strong performance, and continuous improvement
