Senior Blockchain Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design and implement multi‑chain transaction infrastructure, including smart contract escrow and multi‑chain settlement orchestration
• Build and maintain integrations with blockchain networks and node providers, primarily EVM chains (Base is our current primary) with future expansion to non‑EVM
• Develop secure wallet infrastructure supporting institutional custody and compliance requirements
• Implement and maintain Coinbax Controls with integrations into third‑party service providers such as Chainalysis, Circle, and more
• Evaluate and integrate multi‑party computation (MPC) wallet solutions and cryptographic infrastructure
• Monitor protocol changes across supported chains and guide architectural decisions accordingly

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong Solidity proficiency;
  Type Script for backend services and integration
• 2+ years of hands‑on blockchain development—smart contracts, chain integrations, or wallet infrastructure
• Experience with EVM chains (Base, Ethereum); non‑EVM experience (Solana, etc.) a plus
• Understanding of consensus mechanisms, transaction life cycles, and gas optimization
• Familiarity with institutional requirements: security, auditability, compliance
• Comfort operating in an early‑stage environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration

• Smart contract audit development or experience
• Experience with stablecoin protocols or payment systems
• Understanding of MPC, multi‑sig, or advanced custody solutions
• Background in fintech or financial services
• Experience with GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
