- Need to run triage calls with multiple teams and bring the production issues to a closure
- Root cause analysis, fixes, changes and provide workarounds
- Coding in Mule involves Java/Spring, so experience in Java/Spring is needed
- Good problem solving and analysis skills
Activities:
Production support L1 and L2, admin activities, defect triaging, addressing service requests and incidents, fixes involving Coding, unit testing, Integration Testing and E2E testing.
