Clinical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Clinical Business Analyst in New York, NY. The role supports the assessment, design, and implementation of Epic clinical applications, focusing on Ambulatory and Wisdom modules. The Analyst partners with clinical, IT, and project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, support testing, and optimize clinical workflows.

• Gather and translate clinical and business requirements into system designs
• Configure, test, and support Epic applications through implementation and optimization
• Develop documentation, training materials, and end‑user support resources
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage scope, timelines, and risks
• Support system testing, go‑lives, and post‑implementation issue resolution

• Epic Certification in Ambulatory (Wisdom/Beans preferred or required)
• Experience with Epic EMR implementations or clinical applications
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
