Founding & Community Lead

About the Role

We're looking for someone to lead community and early growth efforts — working directly with the founders to bring early users in, shape how people interact, and help build momentum around the product.

You’ll be the first hire focused on growth and community. That means working across Discord, Tik Tok, Reddit, and other channels to build hype, run experiments, engage with users, and help define what growth looks like for the company. This role is creative, fast-moving, and very hands-on.

• Run experiments to acquire and retain early users
• Build and manage our community on Discord, Reddit, and Tik Tok
• Launch and manage characters — including release strategy, and rollout
• Host community events (AMAs, live streams, townhalls)
• Work closely with product and founders to shape roadmap based on user feedback
• Identify new growth channels (partnerships, content, UGC, etc.)
• Own early growth metrics and help define what success looks like

• Have 1–4 years experience in community, growth, or creator-focused roles
• Have run community or creator programs (Discords, Tik Toks, You Tube, etc.)
• Are comfortable running scrappy experiments and adjusting quickly
• Are highly online — you get internet culture and know what resonates
• Enjoy working closely with product and engineering teams
• Prefer fast-paced, ambiguous environments with lots of ownership

• You’ll be one of the first 5 team members
• You’ll work directly with the founders (MIT backgrounds, bias to action)
• We just raised a sizeable seed round and are backed by top investors
• We’re building an entertainment product and we want to have fun with it
• You have real influence over what we build, how we grow, and who we bring in
• You enjoy building something that’s never been done before
