Senior Analyst, Commercial Partnerships

Lead the creation, automation, and distribution of commercial performance reports, dashboards and insights across internal stakeholders. Conduct high-quality data audits and ensure integrity across all reporting outputs. Collaborate with Talons internal Product and Technology teams to ensure Talons data management capabilities continuously evolve with front line client and business needs. Continuously improve the reporting process and performance frameworks to support business agility.

Provide insights that inform commercial strategy, identifying risks, trends, and growth opportunities. Report on the reconciliation of value derived from media owner commercial arrangements.

Masters degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the position offered or in a related role*

• All of the required experience must have included experience with: utilizing pivot tables in Excel; performing data analysis; utilizing reporting tools (Power BI and Tableau); translating complex data into actionable insights for commercial strategies; data cleaning and preparation, and ensuring accuracy and reliability of datasets for analysis; implementing engineering performance tracking systems that are aligned with commercial KPIs; building complex queries and data models to power insight platforms and dashboards;
  
  providing detailed reporting to a wide variety of audiences; growth analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting; and media buying platforms and campaign metrics.
• This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
