Your New Role

We are looking for an Accessibility Sr. Analyst with deep manual and automated testing experience across multiple platforms, as well as content and media supply chain experience. The successful candidate for this position is organized, fluent in content workflows, assistive technologies, and multiple testing tools, and has significant exposure to accessibility regulations and guidelines. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, can navigate change, function with ambiguity, and multi-task on unrelated assignments without loss of quality.

They know how to communicate effectively and to support their management and their colleagues. They love to learn, can work alone or with a team, and are customer service oriented by nature.

Your Role Accountabilities
  • Learn all aspects of this position (Learn the position).
  • Run automated and manual tests, review, and validate findings across multiple platforms. Analyze patterns and problems to support remediation and compliance. Format results.
  • Support the content and media supply chain teams to ensure compliance.
  • Support the governance team in updating requirements and test use cases.
  • Participate in team meetings and department updates. Report status weekly in writing to management and reach out, as needed, regarding potential problems and concerns.
  • Learn/master accessibility governance. Proactively learn and develop your skills.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years accessibility
  • Experience in testing website applications and mobile apps for accessibility is required. (Experience testing streaming platforms, set top boxes, games, facilities, and other platforms and technologies for accessibility is a plus).
  • Deep experience with desktop, mobile and responsive web applications.
  • Experience with Digital Sports apps and sites accessibility a plus.
  • Experience with content and media supply chain accessibility, including deep experience with captions required.
  • Experience with audio description, sign language, loudness, photosensitivity a plus.
  • Proficiency with accessibility standards, guidelines (WCAG, WAI-AIRA) and legal frameworks (ADA, CVAA, AADC, CPRA, EAA, etc.) required.
  • Deep proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, CoPilot, Automate, Forms…) required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly required.
  • Proficient in effective documentation on multiple systems and areas required.
  • Structural understanding of programming languages for analysis, e.g., HTML, CSS, Java, required. (Apple OS, Roku, Android Kotlin, Reactive Native, Samsung Tizen… a plus).
  • Fluency in regulatory requirements (FCC, ADA, CVAA, Global Accessibility Laws) a plus.
  • Experience with assistive technology testing tools such screen readers required. ANDI, NVDA, Jaws, Continuum, Selenium, and Harding Tools a plus.
  • Experience with streaming, OTT, linear, and audio technologies a strong plus.
  • Experience with AI tools and programming a plus.
  • IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS), or other certification a plus.
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
