Aboutthe Role
Trade is seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid media programs across Meta, Google, You Tube, and emerging channels.
Reporting to the Director of Growth, you’ll own the full lifecycle of paid marketing—from testing and launch through scaling and performance analysis—driving efficient customer acquisition against key KPIs. You’ll partner closely with internal marketing and creative teams to deliver high-impact, on-brand campaigns, while collaborating with external agencies and contractors to unlock new growth opportunities.
What We re Looking For- Own end-to-end management of paid media across Meta, Google, You Tube, and emerging platforms
- Manage daily campaign execution, including audience strategy, bid optimization, budgeting, pacing, and performance troubleshooting
- Build and lead structured A/B testing roadmaps to improve CTR, CAC, ROAS, and overall media efficiency
- Partner with creative and brand teams to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad assets
- Monitor emerging generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), optimize visibility, and test new approaches as search behavior evolves
- Stay ahead of AEO and SEO trends, algorithms, and competitor tactics to ensure Trade remains best-in-class
- Support SEO strategy across keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and measurement integrity, applying strong validation and tracking best practices
- Proactively identify new growth levers, platform opportunities, and performance innovations
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong operational discipline

- Analytical and data-driven, but equally comfortable translating insights into clear narratives
- 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing for consumer-facing brands across paid social and paid search; experience with startups or subscription models is a plus
- Proven expertise managing campaigns across Meta, Google, You Tube, and Tik Tok Ads
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker, Shopify, and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables and advanced functions)
- Experience developing and executing SEO strategies; familiarity with AEO or demonstrated ability to quickly build subject-matter expertise
- Experience building and executing structured A/B testing frameworks
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard reporting; ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovation, adaptability, and results-driven decision-making
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
We’re in our Midtown Manhattan office three days a week, with everyone together in person Tuesday through Thursday.
