IT Field Engineer – Manhattan & Brooklyn – up to 75K – full time role Job Overview

We’re looking for an IT Field Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support across multiple customer sites. This role rotates weekly between office‑based and on‑site work. You’ll work closely with internal IT teams to ensure smooth operations, solve technical issues, and build strong professional relationships.

• L1 & L2 support for applications, cloud/on‑site software, network, Wi‑Fi, phones, printers, TVs, access control, POS devices, and Zoom rooms.
• Routine site checks, audits, and preventative maintenance.
• On‑call support (typically 1 weekend in
  4).
• Maintain organized equipment rooms and ensure compliance with company standards, legal, and H&S requirements.
• Assist with new site setups, refurbishments, and installations.
• Liaise with third parties and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Use Service Now to log tickets and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate globally with IT support teams for consistent service.

• Degree or equivalent in IT, or relevant experience.
• 3 years in help desk, IT service desk, or senior support role.
• Experience with troubleshooting software, hardware repair/build, basic networking, Windows Server, and Apple ecosystem.
• Printer, TV, and phone support.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Personable, proactive, and organized.

• 65,000 – 75,000 per year
