Technical Solutions Engineer Roll Summary

Our Client is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to design, build, and scale integrations between Our Client’s platform and enterprise customer ecosystems, including MDMs, SIEMs, XDR, SOAR tools, identity providers, and incident management platforms. This highly cross‑functional role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and enterprise architecture, partnering closely with product and platform teams to ensure integrations, APIs, and deployment tooling are enterprise‑ready, secure, and easy to adopt.

You will be hands‑on developing and maintaining SDKs, REST APIs, and automation scripts, contributing to documentation, and supporting customers and partners during integration.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Our Client and third‑party systems across MDM, SIEM/SOAR, XDR, identity/SSO, and ticketing/ITSM ecosystems.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of customer‑facing APIs, SDKs, and reference integrations with clear, consistent, scalable patterns and documentation.
  • Architect integration flows that scale across large enterprise deployments, emphasizing reliability, performance, fault tolerance, and operational clarity.
  • Collaborate with customer and partner technical teams to understand environments, troubleshoot integration issues, and propose practical technical solutions.
  • Build and manage webhook, event, and data‑sync frameworks between systems; establish monitoring and error‑handling strategies for integrations at scale.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and internal tooling to accelerate future partnerships, deployment, observability, and operational automation.
  • Partner with platform, data, and mobile engineering teams to align integration capabilities with product strategy and customer needs.
  • Design integrations with strong focus on identity, access control, and data privacy; collaborate with security teams to adhere to enterprise security standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in integration engineering, solutions engineering, or API development roles.
  • Strong Python development skills and experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication standards (OAuth2, JWT, API keys).
  • Hands‑on experience using Postman (or similar tools) for API design, testing, and validation, including environment setup, collections, and automated test scripts.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable integrations with MDMs, SIEMs, SOAR, or identity platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise authentication, SSO, and provisioning workflows (SCIM, SAML, OIDC).
  • Ability to read and implement from vendor API documentation with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and customer‑first mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications will be discussed during the interview process.
