This firm is an AI value creation engine built on a compounding model: execute AI projects and visions via a consulting model, build out a venture studio, and begin an AI-centric investment fund.

They’re not building dashboards. They’re building infrastructure that drives enterprise transformation.

They’re hiring their first senior data leader at a pivotal moment. Active deployments are generating reusable data patterns, capital is committed, and the roadmap to $50M+ ARR is clear. Now they need someone who can formalize and scale the data layer that underpins every product, every AI system, and every portfolio company engagement.

You will own the data foundation end-to-end including strategy, architecture, implementation, and long-term evolution. You’ll be responsible for designing a modern, scalable data platform that supports analytics, product development, and AI workloads simultaneously. You’ll architect and scale infrastructure across Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Databricks, building clean, governed, multi-tenant environments with strong lineage, observability, and security controls from day one.

You’ll establish best-in-class ELT patterns, orchestration frameworks, and lakehouse architectures. You’ll define modeling standards, data contracts, and quality frameworks that make downstream AI and product systems reliable by design. Previous AI exposure is preferred.

They’re looking for someone who has built modern data infrastructure in high-growth environments and scaled it to meaningful business impact. You’ve led teams, but you’re still deeply technical. You can design distributed data systems, make pragmatic tradeoffs in ambiguity, and build with long-term scalability in mind.
