Principal Consultant – Automation, Dev Ops/ Selenium with Jasmin / Protactor, CICD, API (Interview on 15th Aug 2017)

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• Strong understanding and depth in Automation, Agile Dev Ops
• Thorough knowledge of industry automation tools
• Business Consulting skills (client and business acumen, influencing/negotiating skills with client/product vendors and external stakeholders, cultural affinity)
• Client interfacing abilities to provide advisory consulting to senior level client executives
• Ability to provide thought-leadership to industry
• Good Analytical skills
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility
• Customer orientation
• High quality awareness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Lead the engagement effort for low/medium/ High complexity assignments from Technology led consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment
• Review effort and guide teams on project processes and deliverables; lead proposal development and anchor large pursuits, contribute to branding via thought leadership, contribute to client training and in-house capability building
• Contribute to talent management processes with the objective of enhancing the billability and revenues of this stream within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys
• Lead and participate in client engagements on one or more of Infosys’s Test Consulting service offerings which includes, Agile Dev Ops / Automation, Program Test Strategy Definition and Technology QA Consulting (Ex: Extreme Automation, Data Services, Test Infrastructure and tools etc.,). Evaluate the suitability of tools and solutions to address specific problems of the client, create POCs and recommend the best-fit solutions and work with the client’s teams in solution implementation
