This role supports a fast‑paced Creative Operations team, within the entertainment space, focused on driving digital initiatives across key B2B‑focused websites. The team prioritizes strong brand consistency, seamless user experiences, data‑informed decision making, and innovation across digital platforms, live streams, and emerging technologies like AI.
Role Overview: The Creative Coordinator plays a highly collaborative and visible role supporting digital experiences across multiple web properties. This position partners closely with creative, technical, and business teams to manage website content, optimize performance, support livestream events, analyze digital data, and assist with research and operational initiatives. The role also provides light administrative support to leadership and the broader team.
CreativeCoordinator Responsibilities
- Update and maintain website content using a CMS (e.g., Word Press), including light HTML and CSS updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and publish content such as press announcements, case studies, and campaign assets
- Research and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and organic search rankings
- Monitor website functionality and performance, flagging technical issues and partnering with developers to resolve them
- Conduct regular website audits to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with designers and developers on UI improvements and website redesigns
- Support digital asset creation and updates using Canva as needed
- Track website performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics
- Monitor and report on key metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Synthesize data into clear insights and actionable learnings beyond standard reporting
- Stay current on digital marketing, analytics, and website management best practices
- Assist with livestream production for major B2B events hosted on the website
- Support AI‑related research by gathering information, analyzing trends, and contributing to exploratory projects
- Assist with operational needs including documentation, testing, and cross‑team coordination for AI initiatives
- Provide administrative support for the VP, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Assist with scheduling and coordination for the broader team
Education: Preferred majors include Advertising, Broadcast Journalism, Communications, Digital / New Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Marketing
Technical Skills- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Word Press or Drupal)
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred)
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to ask questions and contribute new ideas
- Strong design sensibility and sound judgment regarding user experience
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities
- Proactive learner who seeks out new skills and knowledge independently
