ELLE MEDIA LLC is looking for a UI/UX Designer.

Location of Employment:
New York, NY

Hours of Work Per Week:
Full-time, 40 Hours, 5 Days

Design and optimize e-commerce websites to align business goals with user needs, conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to develop personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.

Create user flows, information architecture, and design systems to enhance user experiences, implementing iterative improvements based on feedback. Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to produce wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.

Measure and analyze design performance using GA4, Shopify analytics, and heatmaps. Perform A/B testing to refine design elements, improve user behavior, and boost conversions while aligning with business objectives.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to design and technology, such as Digital Media Design, Graphic Design, Urban Design, or a similar discipline.

Experience Requirement:
No prior work experience required. However, the applicant must possess knowledge in digital marketing, design creativity, and coding, as well as familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
