We are looking for a Technical Support Representative. You will work with our customers from the moment they sign up for our free trial and throughout their subscription period. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service and handling requests via our online support ticket system. You will manage a range of issues, from technical problems to general inquiries, all with a positive attitude.
Your responsibilities include assisting customers over the phone, via screen sharing, supporting installations, providing user training, and participating in user conferences.
You will primarily work in a Mac-based environment using web-based tools to manage customer cases. Our customers operate on both Windows and Mac platforms, so proficiency in both is required. We seek a highly self-motivated professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer service mindset, capable of bridging the gap between technical and user needs.
