Leadenhall Search and Selection are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE backed advisory firm in the US. They are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and support Net Suite implementations, configurations, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Assess and map key financial processes—including General Ledger, AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Financial Reporting—to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, evaluate current workflows, and translate business needs into effective Net Suite solutions.
• Configure and customize Net Suite by developing workflows, scripts, saved searches, reports, and other enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Stay current with Net Suite releases, new features, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations and support continuous system improvement.

• 3+ years of experience in Net Suite implementation or consulting, with a strong emphasis on financial modules.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and core financial processes; CPA or finance background is a plus.
• Proven experience in business process mapping and optimization within the Net Suite environment.
