We’re hiring a Senior (Level
3) Engineer to step into a true technical leadership role within a fast-paced MSP environment. This is for someone who can own complex escalations, mentor junior engineers, and confidently manage modern infrastructure across multiple client environments.

• Proven MSP experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong Azure and VMware expertise
• Windows Server (AD, GPO) administration
• Microsoft 365 / Exchange support
• Ability to lead during outages and high-pressure situations

• Act as the top technical escalation point
• Lead infrastructure troubleshooting and incident response
• Support cloud and virtualization environments
• Improve processes and identify automation opportunities

• $90K–$120K base
