  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns and projects.
  • SFMC certifications preferred (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
  • HTML/CSS and AMP script experience is a plus.
  • Presentation skills and desire to educate others on best practices for campaign design and execution.
  • Ability to use software programs such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to create dashboards to report campaign results
  • Possess a "can do," proactive attitude, alongside an elevated level of adaptability, self‑motivation, autonomy, and initiative.
