*** This is a hybrid role for 2-3 days per week in the NYC office***
The PMO Lead – ERP (Oracle Cloud) is responsible for driving project governance, execution discipline, and portfolio transparency across Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives. This role oversees planning and delivery of cross-functional finance projects, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to PMO standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the ERP program/project portfolio lifecycle from intake through execution and closure,
- ensuring alignment with finance transformation goals
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, milestone tracking, and status reporting
- Partner with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to manage timelines, scope, risks, and
- Facilitate regular steering committee meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive dashboards
- Maintain RAID logs, manage resource planning, and monitor budget and benefit realization

- Support change management, training coordination, and cutover planning during major releases
- Serve as the central point of coordination across modules including FCCS, AP, GL, AR, Cash
- Management, PPM, and reporting/analytics
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in ERP/Oracle
- Cloud environments
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and Oracle Cloud ERP modules (FCCS, AP,
- AR, GL, Cash, PPM)
- Proven track record in PMO frameworks, stakeholder management, and enterprise tools (e.g.,
- Service Now, Smartsheet, Power BI)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
