** Product Manager, Personalization & Engagement– New York, NY or Denver, CO

** We’re looking for a Personalization & Engagement PM to drive behavior-driven experiences across our digital ecosystem. You’ll own next-best-action campaigns, targeted offers, and personalized content across the Content Network, Deals, Loyalty program, and Home Page Dashboard, collaborating closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams
** Responsibilities
* ** Define and execute personalization and engagement strategies across multiple digital experiences.
* Design and manage targeted campaigns and incentives to drive engagement, retention, and customer behavior.
* Partner with horizontal PMs (Content, Deals, Loyalty, Dashboard) to ensure personalized interventions align with the overall user experience.
* Collaborate with the CMS/platform team to implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic.
* Use analytics and experimentation to measure campaign impact and optimize performance.
** Requirements
* ** 5+ years in product management, preferably in personalization, engagement, or behavioral campaigns.
* Experience with cross-channel digital products (web, app, dashboards).
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation and data-driven decisions.
* Experience collaborating with platform/engineering teams to implement personalization solutions.
* Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate effectively across multiple PMs.

** Salary
* * The base salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
