k, we're building the infrastructure for a new era of work, where humans and AI collaborate seamlessly to drive efficiency, scale, and impact. Our autonomous AI Workers operate across enterprise departments - from IT and HR to Procurement and Legal - handling requests end-to-end and unlocking time for teams to focus on what matters most.
We’re reimagining how AI integrates into the workplace, helping organizations transition to fully autonomous service operations with built-in security, orchestration, and continuous learning.
About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to architect and run an AI-powered growth engine - spanning paid, organic, and lifecycle programs - that converts early traction into predictable revenue while laying the operational foundation for scale. Reporting to the COO, you'll be responsible for driving awareness, generating pipeline, and establishing the infrastructure to measure and optimize everything from first touch to closed-won.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own end-to-end funnel experimentation across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
- Administer Hub Spot Marketing & Sales Hubs (pipelines, lead scoring, workflows, reporting)
- Integrate Gen-AI tools for copy, creative, predictive lead scoring, automations and more
- Build and maintain a single-source dashboard (Hub Spot + GA4/Big Query/Looker Studio); report insights weekly
- Work alongside freelancers and agencies for specialized creative, paid media, or PR bursts
- 3–6 years in Growth, Demand Gen, or Marketing Ops at a high-velocity startup
- Hands-on experience with Hub Spot and ABM/intent-based platforms
- Proven record of data-driven experiments that moved key metrics
- Hands-on Gen-AI fluency (ChatGPT, Hub Spot AI, Midjourney, Zapier AI, etc.) and a passion for rethinking how marketing teams can run with AI-first principles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to report back to management
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A creative thinker who thrives on testing and data-driven decision-making
- Help define the future of AI-powered service automation at an early-stage, high-impact company.
- Be at the forefront of the most important technology shift of our generation.
- Join a passionate, innovative, and supportive team committed to transforming work itself.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
- A front-row seat at a well-funded AI startup.
- Opportunities for rapid career growth as the company scales.
- A hybrid work environment with flexibility and trust.
- The chance to work alongside experienced, mission-driven founders.
