The Business Analyst supports the Program Manager and the entire team in gathering technical and business requirements, improving operational processes, guiding the dedicated development team, and supporting local front office users on all queries related to the local Salesforce platform. The BA is essential in delivering high‑end products and ensuring all documentation is detailed and well prepared. You will interact with a variety of stakeholders, from IT developers and tech experts to compliance and risk officers, enabling a dynamic digital environment where our people share knowledge and passion for our business.

What You’ll Do
  • Scope the system:
    Work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to ensure the right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level.
  • Translate business needs:
    Create models, diagrams, presentations, and design and configure solutions within the Salesforce platform, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects, to meet business objectives.
  • Validate requirements, UAT testing, and user training (if required):
    Validate end‑to‑end requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demos; write and conduct UAT test cases; and train non‑squad stakeholders when necessary.
  • Liaise and communicate:
    Act as a key liaison between business users, product teams, and technical developers, ensuring alignment on project goals and technical implementation.
  • Document:
    Create comprehensive documentation such as user stories, functional specifications, and process models (AS‑IS and TO‑BE) to guide development and implementation.
  • Monitor:
    Proactively identify risks or issues that might affect squad health.
Skills You’ll Need
  • Demonstrated experience with complex Salesforce‑based CRM solutions, ideally in banking. A Salesforce certificate is highly desirable.
  • Experience dealing with bank internal processes and compliance, legal, BISO / TISO, DPO stakeholders.
  • Relevant and demonstrable experience designing and documenting requirements in agile teams.
  • Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience working in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.

Expectations

Employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience, education, and other qualifications. This range does not include incentive compensation or other remuneration.
