Position: Senior Manager Revenue Operations - Energy Tech (Series A)
Location: New York

Compensation: $140-180k base + 20-30k bonus + equity

The Opportunity
  • We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to build our Rev Ops function from the ground up.
  • This is not a “keep the lights on” ops role. You’ll be designing the systems, processes, analytics, and operating cadence that connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership — and directly influence how we scale revenue.
  • Reporting initially to the CRO, you’ll operate at both 30,000 feet and ground level
    : setting strategy, rolling up your sleeves, and executing day‑day optimizations in a high‑growth Series A environment.

The Role

This is a true builder role
:

  • Own forecasting, pipeline, KPIs, and revenue planning
  • Architect Salesforce and the revenue tech stack
  • Connect Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product
  • Create the systems and insights that drive predictable growth
Who You Are:
  • 5–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Operations
  • 3+ years in a high‑growth SaaS or technology company
  • Proven experience building or scaling Rev Ops in a Series A or B environment
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (custom objects, workflows, reporting)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI / visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Experience working with sales and marketing automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Marketo, etc.)
  • A builder’s mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and pace
