Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator and/or Engineer
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi / vSphere 7.0 or higher
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online / Office 365
• Experience with Amazon AWS services (EC2, S3, Cloud Trail, etc.)
• Scripting and automation skills using Power Shell or similar tools
• Familiarity with VMware Horizon VDI systems
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure
• Experience with data center operations and disaster recovery planning
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-driven with minimal supervision and project management capabilities

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with network security and monitoring systems
• Prior experience with backup solutions and system upgrades
• Exposure to compliance and security standards within financial services

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience supporting enterprise IT environments

Other Requirements:

• Ability to perform remote and on-site support as needed
• Willingness to participate in disaster recovery exercises and system upgrades
• Certified professional credentials such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or VMware certifications are a plus
