As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Advanced Compensation, you play a crucial role in implementing and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module for clients. Your expertise enables clients to achieve expected business results through effective implementation of the Advanced Compensation modules' functionality. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement Planning and Analysis:
Utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to plan and analyze the implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation module, ensuring alignment with the client s business environment. - Configure and Test:
Configure the system according to the client s requirements, perform unit testing, and resolve configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules. - Gather Requirements and Rollout:
Gather client requirements, develop implementation plans, and roll out the Workday Advanced Compensation module to meet client needs. - Provide Post-Implementation Support:
Offer support after implementation, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring the client achieves expected business results. - Resolve Business Issues:
Apply expertise to resolve configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
This role could be performed from anywhere in the US.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise- Deep Expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation:
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation modules, with a strong understanding of configuration, testing, and rollout processes. - Proficiency in HR Module Integration:
Experience in resolving configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. - Implementation Planning and Analysis:
Deep understanding of utilizing consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to plan and analyze the implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation module. - Client Requirements Gathering and Management:
Experience in gathering client requirements, developing implementation plans, and managing client expectations to meet business needs. - Advanced Configuration and Testing:
Proven expertise in configuring the system according to client requirements, performing unit testing, and resolving complex configuration issues.
- Proficiency in Multiple HR Modules:
Experience with multiple HR modules, including Advanced Compensation, to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Advanced Troubleshooting
Skills:
Deep expertise in resolving complex configuration and functional business issues across different HR modules. - Workday Configuration Best Practices:
Experience with best practices for configuring Workday Advanced Compensation modules to meet client business needs.
