We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of complex, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java/Spring Boot, cloud and hybrid architectures, and enterprise integration patterns, along with the leadership skills to drive architectural excellence across the organization.

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

Role: Solution Architect

• Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across on-premises, off-premises, and cloud-native environments.
• Design and implement distributed systems with a focus on low latency, high throughput, resilience, and scalability.
• Apply enterprise architecture patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD).
• Ensure systems are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Establish and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) for architecture, driving standardization of practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Principal Architects and senior stakeholders to define and enforce architecture principles, guidelines, and reference models.
• Lead the development of technology roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and modernization programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple domains.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud/on-prem integration.
• Deep understanding of networking, databases (SQL/No
  
  SQL), API design, and system observability.
