Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Application Development Manager, the Sr. Application Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of web-based solutions.
- Design and develop custom applications to meet the needs of Practice Groups and Business
- Professionals.
- Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements and specifications.
- Develop new solutions to replace legacy systems by leveraging modern programming languages, platforms, and technologies.
- Develop systems integrations applications between business applications against disparate data sources and APIs.
- Follow software development and testing methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain, support, and troubleshoot applications, applying solutions and fixes. Work with outside consultants and vendors as needed.
- Communicate to Management Team project status, issues, and risks.
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- 5+ years’ development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS and ReactJS
- framework
- 2+ years’ development experience with SharePoint Online development frameworks.
- 2+ years’ development experience with Power Platform (implementing Power Apps).
- Experience with Aderant Handshake, Nintex and Sharegate development frameworks and utilities.
- Proficient in SQL including data modeling, stored procedures and views.
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team, and take the lead on projects.
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to interact directly with clients.
- Extensive experience with the full systems development lifecycle, covering requirements,
- design, development, testing and delivery
In addition:
- Bachelor’s degree from an approved and accredited college
- MCSD or MCSE preferred
- Legal experience preferred
