Key Responsibilities- Working on systems development as part of a small, agile IT team.
- Contributing to modernizing the organization's core platform
, including migration from legacy systems. - Designing, building, testing, debugging, and implementing applications, system architecture, network systems, and utilities.
- Coding, reviewing system requirements, and working on both front-end and back-end.
- Defining software engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
- Migration from legacy / older platforms (e.g., Power Builder, Informix) is a plus.
- Agile team / agile methodology.
- Hybrid work: ~3 days in the office, ~2 remote.
