We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in agentic AI, large language models, and advanced machine learning. This role offers the opportunity to apply cutting‑edge AI to real‑world challenges, delivering measurable business impact by driving automation, intelligence, and efficiency across the organization.

As part of a forward‑looking Data & AI organization, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, product leaders, and analysts building enterprise‑grade AI solutions that enhance growth, strengthen risk management, and improve user experience. You will work on high‑visibility initiatives, transforming complex business processes using next‑generation AI.

• Design and deploy agentic AI systems that automate complex workflows and improve decision‑making across core business operations.
• Implement and optimize LLMs and generative AI solutions for processing unstructured data (e.g., legal/compliance documents, claims data, customer interactions).
• Build intelligent autonomous agents and multi‑step reasoning systems that integrate with enterprise platforms.
• Partner with data engineering and AIOps teams to ensure models are scalable, production‑ready, and reliable from prototype through deployment.
• Translate research in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and reasoning into practical enterprise applications.
• Work closely with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to scope use cases and measure value.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for testing, deploying, and monitoring agentic AI solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior data scientists and support the standardization of AI/ML practices across the organization.

• PhD with 2+ years of applied experience or Master’s with 4+ years in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong foundations in probability, statistics, and machine learning.
• Proficiency with Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Lang Graph).
• Experience building and deploying scalable AI systems that integrate with enterprise platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor technical talent and drive high‑impact results.

Compensation: $115,000 to $190,000 annually

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications.
