Role Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for leading the digital execution for Rebecca Taylor and Forever 21. This role ensures that on-site operations, digital content, data accuracy, and platform execution are fully aligned and optimized to drive performance. The Site Manager acts as the primary connector between ecommerce operations and cross-functional team across buying, merchandising, IT, marketing and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Leadership & Execution (Primary Focus)
- Own site-level digital execution across content, platform updates, data accuracy, and operational alignment
- Directly manage and oversee the Digital Coordinator, setting priorities, workflows, and performance expectations
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of digital content, updates, promotions, and site-specific initiatives
- Validate that digital representations (content, imagery, availability, messaging) accurately reflect on-site reality
Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze site-level digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion, content accuracy, execution SLAs, etc.)
- Ensure data integrity across systems impacting digital performance (inventory visibility, operational inputs, site attributes)
- Partner with corporate teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities
- Use insights to drive continuous improvement in execution and efficiency
Cross-Functional Digital Coordination
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison to upper-level management, marketing, buying, IT, customer service and operations.
- Support digital launches, campaigns, platform updates, and testing initiatives
- Escalate and resolve issues impacting digital performance or customer experience
Operational Leadership (Supporting Focus)
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth execution supporting digital and customer-facing outcomes
- Align staffing, schedules, and workflows to meet both operational and digital needs
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
People Management & Culture
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site staff with an emphasis on accountability and excellence
- Build a digitally fluent, performance-driven site culture
- Conduct performance reviews and manage development plans for direct reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Digital, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience in site management, digital operations, e-commerce support, or omnichannel environments
- Direct experience managing or partnering with merchandising, buying, graphic designers, marketing and customer service teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Ability to translate digital strategy into on-site execution
- Experience in fast-fashion retail preferred
