Maximo Delivery Architect

Overview

Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is looking for a Maximo Delivery Architect.

Summary:

As a Maximo Delivery Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and delivering enterprise asset management solutions using the Maximo Application Suite. You will collaborate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration of Maximo solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Solution Architecture & Design:
  Define and design end-to-end Maximo architecture for enterprise asset management; ensure alignment with best practices and client requirements.
• Delivery Leadership:
  Lead technical delivery teams through all phases of implementation (requirements, design, build, test, deploy); provide guidance on integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, IoT, analytics).
• Technical Expertise:
  Configure and customize Maximo applications, including workflows, automation scripts, and integrations; optimize system performance and scalability.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical solutions; conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.

• Stay updated on Company Maximo roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

• 8+ years in Maximo implementation and delivery roles.
• Proven track record as an architect or technical lead on large-scale projects.
• Experience with Java, SQL, and web technologies.
• Deep expertise in Company Maximo Asset Management (versions 7.x and/or MAS).
• Strong knowledge of Maximo architecture, integration frameworks, and deployment models.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• IBM Maximo certifications preferred.
• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
• Knowledge of IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance solutions.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
