We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager to own technical relationships and lead client-focused technical initiatives, bridge business needs with innovative solutions, and drive successful project delivery.

- You’ll serve as the technical account owner for a book of customers, building long-term relationships.
- You’ll manage ~10 concurrent client projects by owning plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- You’ll own client onboarding and implementations end-to-end, from requirements and solution delivery to training, documentation, and reusable tooling.
- You’ll advise clients on site architecture, page design, and implementation approaches to achieve business and technical goals.
- You’ll maintain clear documentation and client technical profiles, coordinate client and internal action items, and communicate progress across stakeholders.
- You’ll respond to strategic moments - such as launches, reorganizations, or new initiatives - with consultative technical support.
- You’ll configure and test integrations such as SSO (SAML, OAuth), data syncs, and REST API endpoints.
- You’ll troubleshoot technical blockers and implement scalable solutions for repeat use.
- You’ll own post-launch professional services for ongoing enhancements and dedicated projects.
- You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to advocate for client needs and roadmap alignment.
- You are customer-obsessed and skilled at building trust through consistency, empathy, and delivery.
- You are proactive in identifying value opportunities and providing tailored technical recommendations.
- You are highly technical, adaptable, and comfortable building real solutions with code.
- You are a strong communicator who can translate between business goals and code-level tasks.
- You are organized and able to balance multiple priorities without losing momentum.
- You are independent but collaborative, and comfortable leading both small and complex projects.
- You are based remotely and consistently available during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
- You have maintained long-term technical relationships with enterprise clients in an advisory role.
- You have delivered at least 6 full-cycle technical implementations in a SaaS or platform environment.
You have configured and deployed SSO for enterprise clients using SAML, OAuth, or similar protocols. - You have integrated third-party services via REST APIs, including endpoint testing and token handling.
- You have managed implementation timelines using basic tools like Google Sheets and CRMs
- You have earned your PMP certification and successfully led multi-stakeholder technical projects.
- You have supported clients across different industries and adapted to a wide range of business needs.
- You have used Alpine
JS, TinyMCE, or Font Awesome in real-world client applications. - You have experience creating themes, widgets, or front-end components for customizable platforms.
- You have worked in employee engagement, internal communication, or intranet platforms.
- You have contributed to internal libraries or created reusable development patterns.
- You have Agile or Scrum team experience, either as a participant or project lead.
