Enterprise Account Executive (East Coast, USA)

A fast‑growing AI/ML infrastructure company is looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join its expanding go‑to‑market team. The company builds advanced observability and evaluation solutions for machine learning teams, helping enterprises monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise their AI systems at scale.

This role is perfect for a strategic, driven seller who thrives in technical sales cycles and wants to help define the category of AI evaluation and performance management.

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with some of the world’s most sophisticated enterprise data science and ML teams. You’ll be selling into large organisations adopting advanced LLMs, computer vision, and predictive ML models, helping them solve issues around observability, drift, performance, explainability, and model evaluation.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with sales engineering, product, partnerships, and leadership to accelerate growth in a rapidly evolving category.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive complex enterprise sales cycles from first touch → negotiation → close
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline across Fortune 1000 and high‑growth enterprise accounts
  • Develop deep understanding of customers’ ML workflows, pain points, and evaluation needs
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver high‑impact demos and technical presentations
  • Provide customer‑driven insights to product leadership to influence roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual sessions
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally selling technical or infrastructure products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience selling to ML, Data, Engineering, or AI/innovation groups is a strong plus

Skills

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to ML/AI workflows
  • Skilled in building relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, forecasting, and deal‑strategy capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Mindset

  • Self‑starter with a hunter mentality and strong ownership
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast‑moving, category‑creating market
  • Highly coachable, collaborative, and driven by impact
