- 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in pre-sales or customer-focused roles
- 5+ years of experience working with or implementing Service Now solutions
- Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures in an application domain
- Excellent communication and executive engagement skills
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture or Application Architecture in a software vendor or professional services environment
- Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
- Up-to-date with emerging technology trends and developments
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
