• Develop, improve, and sustain functional requirements, user stories, and related deliverables to satisfy collaborator needs
• Ensure delivery oversight and serve as the single point of contact for designated products and portfolios
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure business approvals for upcoming deployments
• Lead Product/Portfolio Governance Demand Boards to address changing business requirements and manage demand effectively
• Perform proactive platform maintenance and lead platform upgrade planning and execution

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Service Now platform administration and configuration
• Understanding of the ITIL framework
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt existing methods and procedures to create solutions for complex requirements

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Service Now Certified Administrator
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential
• Agile/Scrum certification
• Previous experience in a business analyst role in a technology-focused environment
