Data ETL Tester

Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

This role requires 3 days a week onsite in New York City.

• Design Test Plans:
  Create detailed ETL test plans, test cases, and test data for structured testing.
• Validate ETL Processes:
  Ensure data is correctly extracted, transformed, and loaded into target systems.
• Execute SQL Queries:
  Perform backend database testing and data verification.
• Defect Management:
  Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or HP ALM; work with development teams for resolution.
• Documentation:
  Prepare detailed test reports and maintain test repositories.
• Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards.

• Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with ETL tools.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• A minimum of 5 years of ETL Testing Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
• Bank Experience.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
