We are seeking an experienced XMPie Specialist to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of personalized, data-driven communication solutions
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in XMPie suite of tools and a strong understanding of Variable Data Printing (VDP) and cross-media campaign automation.

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience working with XMPie products (uDirect, uProduce, uStore, Circle)
• Strong knowledge of Variable Data Printing (VDP) workflows
• Proficiency with Adobe In Design and its integration with XMPie
• Experience in data handling (Excel, CSV, databases) for campaign personalization
• Understanding of cross-media campaign workflows (email, web, mobile, print)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and email templates
• Exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with print production environments

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using XMPie uDirect, uProduce, uStore, and Circle
• Build and manage personalized VDP templates using Adobe In Design integrated with XMPie
• Implement workflow automation for print and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions
• Ensure high-quality outputs across multiple communication channels (print, email, web, mobile)
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing XMPie campaigns and workflows
• Stay updated with industry trends in personalization, automation, and cross-media marketing
