As a Data Management Analyst – you will be part of the Data Governance Department supporting the Surveillance and Compliance Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Support investigation and resolution of data discrepancies by collaborating with technology, operations, and surveillance analyst teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis of data issues and contribute to long-term remediation strategies.
• Author and maintain control documentation, including data flow diagrams, reconciliation procedures, exception handling protocols, filter and rule inventory used in surveillance systems.
• Assist with internal audits and reviews by providing accurate documentation, artifacts, and data.
• Support data analysis efforts to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience in data analysis, business analysis, and MS Excel.
• Ability to elicit and write clear requirements and documentation.
• Strong coordination skills across technical, surveillance, and testing teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of data requirements, lineage, and documentation best practices.
