We are seeking a visionary leader to head Intellect
EU Emerging Technologies practice and drive initiatives in web
3.0. The Program Manager will define and execute the program’s vision, strategic roadmap, and budget while cultivating innovation and measurable business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in web
3.0 in the financial sector, expertise with public and private DLTs and AI, combined with proven experience in program leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Define and execute the vision, strategic plan, and budget for the Program, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Lead a distributed engineering team on Web
3.0 projects, facilitating cross-project collaboration. - Define the roadmap of R&D activities for the Emerging Technology department.
- Ensure efficient resource management, planning, and recruitment in coordination with the company’s delivery management group.
- Report on the program activities, progress, and risks to the Head of Delivery.
- Manage the financials of the area, including marginality, billability and project budgeting approval.
- Mentor and support project managers of the department.
- Support the sales team by defining business programs and providing comprehensive knowledge of each program.
- 5+ years of experience in a Program Manager role.
- 3+ years of practical experience with web
3.0 technologies in the financial sector. - Experience in managing large teams in software development projects, including budgeting.
- Understand team roles throughout the software project lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of the Web 3.0 technologies and public and permissioned DLTs.
- Solid grasp of AI tools and technologies and their impact in the industry.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations, address concerns, and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Canton, Hyperledger Besu, and Ethereum.
- International experience in a stable company: the company has offices in Antwerp, Lisbon, Krakow, Kyiv, New York, and operates on the market for over 15 years.
